A very warm service with incredibly delicious cupcakes ?❤️

We were there at tea time. A beautiful cake stand full of sweet and savory goodies. With a delicious Earl Gray and a Chai Latte. Nice service. Recommendable! We packed a few more cupcakes for home.

I now live 6,000 kilometers away, have tried many other cupcakes ... you can still find the best here ??

Lovingly designed cupcakes at a very fair price. Custom-made products are also possible. A visit is definitely worth it!

Pre-ordered cupcakes for my engagement party. Stand in front of the door at pick-up time and actually see that the shop is closed due to “no heat”. I was also not called and never got my cupcakes. Very dubious and disappointing.

As part of the culinary scavenger hunt, we visited the Cup-Cake shop. The employee was very friendly and we tried small chocolate cupcakes. The CupCakes tasted really good and you can also sit comfortably in the shop and spend some time there. I can recommend it.

Powerful but delicious cupcakes - exactly what you would expect from a cupcake shop. Large selection and attention to detail. You just have to try it!

Nice little café, friendly service. Small play area that keeps toddlers up to 3 years old happy. Our cupcakes were a bit dry, but we weren't there until late afternoon. Visually, the cupcakes were very nice. Very convenient for visitors from outside the parking garage around the corner.

The dough itself tastes like a normal muffin, the cream on top too sweet. Therefore, we would not recommend them there or buy any more. Visually, they look really good

The visit to Royal Cupcakes was the culinary highlight of our Cologne trip. The cupcakes looked beautiful and artful and could also convince the taste completely. The saleswoman was extremely friendly and gave us very good advice. She was able to give us helpful tips on our cupcake making questions. In addition, the cafe was very tastefully and elegantly furnished. It was immediately felt good. At our next stay in Cologne, we will certainly come over here again.

Delicious cupcakes, cute little place.

The shop and the counter are very nice and the service was very nice! Nevertheless, it ultimately depends on the products offered. The "cupcakes" were more muffins with frosting. Dry and unimaginative :-( 3.50 € for a dry muffin is then clearly too much. Will probably not come back.

Absolutely fantastic cupcakes here, best I've had in Cologne. At the moment there are 3 cupcakes of the month on this month. I wish I could try more but I'm full after one! They offer eating in or takeaway (you can order through the website too) but I recommend sitting down and relaxing. Drinks and hot drinks are available too, there's a really nice 'afternoon tea' type option available that looks fantastic. They offer an event service and there's a book in the shop showing wedding cupcakes and bigger cakes too. The woman working today couldn't have been more friendly or helpful and went through the book with us. I also like the royal wedding photos around the toilets, along with the life-size Elizabeth II cut out greeting you as you walk in. Great cafe and I'll definitely be back. Thank you. Extra edit: I just wanted to update this (and I feel bad about not doing it sooner) because we went with Royal Cupcakes for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier with the service. We sat down with the owner (after making an appointment through email) and planned out the details, eventually going with a small cake and enough cupcakes so each guest could take one home as a party favour. This was cheaper than the other places we went to for quotes, and I honestly beieve the quality we received was far better. It was all delivered to the venue with no problems. After visiting 5 other bakeries I can say this is the best cupcake place I've been to in Cologne. All of our guests absolutely loved them. They really helped make our wedding special and everything was really easy to sort out. Thanks loads, I hope I'll visit again soon and I'll update this again when I find pictures of what we had at the wedding.

Very tasty cupcakes and teatime. Take-away cupcakes are packaged for transport. Reservation in the cafe is essential as it is very small.

One of the best cup cakes I have ever had. Brilliant frostings on a spongy cake. This place is a little small with 3 or 4 tables and is located in the heart of the city. The staff there are very very friendly and welcoming. The varieties available are just amazing. May be little pricy but the best. I believe this is the only place in Köln dedicated for cupcakes. Definitely worth a visit if you are in town.

Super cute little place for super cute cupcakes. It's a bit pricey for the size. They're a in the middle of a normal sized cupcake and a mini cupcake at an average of €3 a pop but I guess it's reasonable cause it looks like a lot of work was put into it. Not a wide selection but there is definitely something for everyone. Special occasion cupcakes, hell yes.
